2017 Vista Teachers association scholarship fund applications
The Vista Teachers Association Scholarship Fund is pleased that you are interested in continuing your educational career.
If you attend GPA, RBV, MVHS or VHS, please return your completed application to the College and Career Center by noon on
Wednesday, March 21, 2018.
If you attend any other high school, mail the completed application to:

We must receive mailed applications before 4:00 pm, Friday March 19, 2018.
This year the Association plans to distribute at least $40,000 in scholarships to graduating seniors from comprehensive high schools, including 9 awards of $1000 each, the Len DeFabio Memorial Scholarships.
Students applying should consider the following criteria:
1. GPA of approximately 3.0 or better.
2. Involvement in school and community activities.
3. Open to all career interest areas.
4. Open to all graduating seniors in VUSD, as well as seniors from other districts whose parents are teachers in VUSD.
An unofficial copy of your high school transcript for classes taken to date must be attached.
DO NOT INCLUDE resumes or letters of recommendation.
