The Board of Trustees meets on the third Thursday of each month unless otherwise noted. Meetings are held at Foothill-Oak Elementary School, Multipurpose Building unless otherwise noted at 1370 Oak Drive, Vista CA 92084, and begin at 7:00 p.m.
